Religions Class
In this short public series,
Dr. Jill Carroll of Rice University's Boniuk Center
for Religious Tolerance and Resident Scholars will explain
the "basics"
of
5 major world religions. introductory session will give an overview of
how to study
and think about religions in a more scholarly, non-devotional context,
and will illustrate
the basic components of all major world religions. People of
all backgrounds
are welcome, and will find this class helpful regardless of any prior
knowledge about religion.
Classes will
meet from 7pm-9pm on
the following dates:

the Thuhur Prayer and

Friday (Jumaa) Prayer will be canceled.
Iftar & Taraweeh will not be offered at the Center for the
